Electric Utility Consultants, LLC was founded in order to provide expert substation and transmission & distribution engineering services to electric utilities, coops, power authorities, renewable energy developers, EPC contractors, and engineering firms. We are experts in the areas of HV/MV substation design, transmission line design, relay settings, power system studies, equipment technical specifications, and more. Whether you require the above services for a new or existing substation/transmission line, upgrades to an existing substation/transmission line, new renewable energy development project, we have the solutions for you.

What differentiates us is our close attention that we give to detail, to ensure that we are producing excellent quality design packages. Given our prior experience with managing and leading the design on several projects, we follow a comprehensive work plan for working on projects which entails: reviewing the project scope thoroughly along with client standards, issuing RFIs for any missing information, coordinating closely with all disciplines (p&c, physical, civil, outside contractors, etc.) involved in projects, executing the project, performing a point-to-point check of the project drawings/documents prior to submitting to the client, to ensure an excellent quality package. This work plan allows us to be successful and produce results on any project that we take on.
